    1. Stay should be within 18 months after the wedding.
    2. Wedding certificate must be presented on arrival.


    • The Meal Plan applies to Island Kitchen, Hawker and Sunset Bar during operational hours.
    • Guests are also entitled to one dinner at The Pearl once every 4 nights. For additional visit/s, a meal credit of USD 70 per adult and USD 35 per child will be given.
    • Children eat from the Kids Menu when dining with parents in the restaurants.
    • Meal plans exclude mini bar, wine cellar, destination dining, in-villa meals and other promotional themed meals.
    • Meal plans are based on a two-course lunch menu composed of a soup / starter or dessert and main course and three course dinner composed of a soup / starter, main course and dessert.
    • Same meal plans are required to be booked for the entire stay.
    • Full Board Plus plan starts upon arrival at the hotel & finishes on the day of departure. Guests arriving resort post 18:00 hrs. can avail the Full Board Plus benefits until 15:00 Hrs. on the day of departure.
    • Full Board Plus alcoholic beverages will be served in all operational restaurants & bars from 11.00 hrs. to 23:00 hrs.
    • Only selected beverages that are listed in the package will be offered. On the non-availability of particular listed beverage items, an alternative beverage will be offered.
    • Alcohol will be served to guests aged 18 years and above. Hence the resort recommends that guests below 18 yrs accompanying other eligible adults on Full Board Plus plan are booked on Full Board plan.
    • All beverages will be served only by glasses and not by bottles, except for beers, soft beverages and water.
    • The guests cannot offer any of the drinks to others if they are not part of the package.
    • The package cannot be transferred after purchase.
    • Take away beverages from outlets to the villas is not allowed.
    • No compensation in cash or kind will be offered for non-consumed items.
    • Any other beverages which are not included in the package and consumed extra will be charged directly to the guests.
    • If the guests will show the signs of intoxication or misbehave, the restaurant and bar managers have the authority to stop service of alcohol to that individual.
  • Exclusions
    • 5% Indian GST on total invoice value
    • Tax Collection at Source (TCS) - 5% TCS with PAN number, and 10% TCS without PAN number, is to be paid on the total invoice value from 1st April 2020
    • All kind of personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone bills, and beverages
    • Any meals, unless and otherwise specifically mentioned
    • Any domestic and international airfare, unless specifically mentioned
    • Optional, suggested or unspecified activities
    • Christmas eve (24th December) and New Year eve (31st December) supplement charges
  • Terms and Conditions
    • Check in time at hotel is 1400 hrs.
    • Check out time at hotel is 1200 hrs (late check out requests are usually chargeable).
    • After you arive in Velana airport by your international flight, the maximum usual waiting time at the airport is about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    • Payments must be made as mutually agreed upon with prior consultation, or as per the deadline given on our invoice. Non-payment as per deadline will inevitably lead to booking cancellations.
  • Payment Policy

    Depending on the check in date for your hotel package, the payment amount will vary.

    If you are looking to book while the cancellation policy is already in effect, you will have to make a 100% advance payment. If you are booking well ahead in time, then a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance amount has to be paid 45 days before check in.

    We accept payments in Indian Rupees through either a cheque deposit or NEFT/RTGS transfer to our account at HDFC Bank.

    • 50% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 45 days of check in date
    • 100% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30 days of check in date
    • 100% cancellation charges of total invoice value for no shows and early departures
